Pediatric Occupational Therapist Position
We are looking for a creative, kind, motivated, hard working, and culturally responsive Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join an existing OT team at one of DC’s largest and most reputable multidisciplinary clinics.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide high-quality, strengths-based, and detailed OT evaluations for pediatric populations
- Implement evidence based and quality therapeutic interventions for pediatric populations with a range of diagnoses
- Understand emotional regulation and the role it plays in OT
- Be confident in sensory regulation for all profiles of children
- Passionate about building family relationships with caregivers and patients
- Equipped to carry out collaborative, client-centered/child-led, play-based, neuroaffirming therapy
- Knowledgable in primitive reflex integration
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
- New grads encouraged to apply
- Confident and competent during evaluations and treatment but understands the value of asking for help when needed
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
- Someone who is passionate about helping children feel confident, connected, and capable across environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently work and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
